ABOUT US
Magdi Kruger is an Occupational therapist with experience in the fields of physical and neuro rehabilitation. She also has a diploma in hand therapy and works part time as a hand therapist. The practice started in Potchefstroom where a wide range of patients were treated in hospitals, as well as step down facilities. The fields of pediatrics, special needs pediatrics as well as group therapy were also part of the practice. However, the practice now focuses mainly on home based treatment of physical and neurological patients. Hand therapy will be a future field to be included as a service rendered by Kruger Occupational therapy. However, splinting could be included in the treatment of patients if needs be.
The Conditions We Are Treating
- Developmental evaluations and treatment of babies with delayed milestones
- Children with disabilities as well as any other special needs kids
- Treatment of scholastic, physical and other developmental delays of the preschool and school going child.
- We do not yet have a therapist specialised in sensory integration, however, Liezl is currently busy with this training and has a special interest in this field.

Liezl Kense is a warm hearted Occupational Therapist that is not afraid to get her hands dirty either through play with kids or sensory stimulation with children and elderly patients. Her true passion involves working with children. She loves helping them to reach their full potential and contributing to ensure a brighter future. She has a special interest in Sensory Integration and in the process of qualifying in Sensory Integration therapy. She also enjoys working in neuro rehabilitation and completed her basic Wheelchair seating course.
